Terms & Conditions — Seale’s Ice Cream & Bakery
Welcome to Seale’s Ice Cream & Bakery. By placing an order with us in-store, online, or by phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to product availability or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payments
Full payment is required at the time of ordering, especially for custom or large orders. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order, please call us within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a refund.
Cancellations made outside of the 24 hours period are non-refundable due to preparation and ingredient costs.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time. We are not responsible for damage to products once they leave our premises or after delivery has been completed.
5. Custom Orders
Design, color, and decoration details are subject to artistic interpretation. While we aim to match requested designs, slight variations may occur.
6. Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and others. Customers with allergies should inform us prior to ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Product Care
Ice cream and baked goods should be stored properly after pickup or delivery. Seale’s Ice Cream & Bakery is not responsible for quality issues resulting from improper storage or transport after the order leaves our care.
8. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. Seasonal items and specialty products may have limited availability.
9. Customer Satisfaction
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can address the concern.
10. Changes to Terms
Seale’s Ice Cream & Bakery reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
